I've always enjoyed drawing since I was little. I went to university in 2005 and studied animation where I specialised in stop-motion. I came away with a 2:1 with honours! Whilst I would like to try my hand at animation professionally, it has currently fallen into the territory of a hobby.|
I give llamas as thanks!

How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Nine whole years now!
What does your username mean?
It is a combination of my first and last names. ALIstair STUart. It was given to me as a nickname in school.
Describe yourself in three words.
Creative. Pessimistic. Weird.
Are you left or right handed?
What is your favourite type of art to create?
Cartoon styled. Either drawn or sculpted.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Realism so that I had a better ability at rendering things realistically
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
Generally I favourite bright, colourful peices that make me smile or laugh.
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
I wouldn't say I have one. I tend to follow a lot of different people for different reasons.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
I think either mooneyman2007 or WizzKid97 just because deviantART is kind of where I got to know them and our shared interest in The Beano.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
I can't honestly say that one particular deviant has. Just having deviantART as a place to come and share my work and knowing that other people like my work enough to want to see it gives me a creative boost though.
What are your preferred tools to create art?
Pencil and paper for initial line art and then Photoshop with a wacom bamboo. If working in sculpture, then FIMO polymer clay and Citadel acrylic paints.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
Anywhere that I can be surrounded by other creative individuals. It feeds the creative energies.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
The time I did an art trade with Robo-Shark! I got an awesome plush of my original character Alex, and in return he got an awesome model of his original character, Jay Shark, in an Animal Crossing style.
